Light and fruity Apple Mango Soufflé – a quick, no-bake, no-cook dessert, perfect for a refreshing treat in minutes.

Ingredients

  • * 2 ripe apple mangoes or any ripe mangoes

  • * 1 box of lemon jelly (just add the packet)

  • * 1 can of evaporated milk

  • * 1 can of Nestle cream

Directions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Mangoes
  • Peel and cube the 2 ripe apple mangoes.Keep 1 cubed mango aside to mix later.
  • Step 2: Blend the Ingredients
  • In a high-speed blender, combine cubed mangoes, lemon jelly contents, evaporated milk, and Nestle cream.
  • Blend until smooth and thick, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Step 3: Add Mango Chunks
  • Finely chop one mango and gently fold it into the mixture for texture.
  • Step 4: Pour into Bowls
  • Divide the mixture into serving bowls or ramekins.
  • Step 5: Chill Time
  • Refrigerate for 4-8 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld and soufflé to set.
  • Step 6: Garnish and Serve
  • Garnish each serving with fresh mango chunks or a sprinkle of lemon zest or grated chocolate.
